On December 9^th, 2025, the Nevada Secretary of State, Francisco V. Aguilar, unveiled an enhanced, modern UCC experience that now supports IACA 4.0 Bulk Filings with API (both XML and JSON options). This new UCC Module in ORION, Nevada's new Business Portal, is the first step we are taking to completely remove SilverFlume in late summer 2026.

Eager to get started? We have made it easy to access the new UCC module. Beginning December 9th, 2025 simply log into SilverFlume and select Uniform Commercial Code on the far right.

Bulk Import API Information

The UCC Bulk API is a RESTful service designed to facilitate the secure and asynchronous submission, tracking, and retrieval of UCC filing requests for the State of Nevada. It provides a standardized interface for external systems to submit filings, receive acknowledgments, and retrieve filing packets.

This API is particularly suited for scenarios where filing submissions are processed asynchronously, with immediate feedback via document receipt IDs and later confirmation through callback acknowledgments.
